Welcome. I wanted to create a place of community, a
place where I could talk to all of you who have sent
me emails and shared your thoughts and feelings.
Having a private practice is great, but I don’t get
the opportunity to connect with a lot of you; I
thought this would be an accessible and affordable
place for an interchange and the chance to learn
more about what you want to know.
Although the topics will be different, the message
is forever the same. I am always concerned with
“Staying Awake in a World That’s Sleeping”. How do
you stay conscious when often, initially, it’s a
whole lot easier to go to sleep? Why go for
awareness? What happens when you chose to stay
awake and “feel” your life rather than think
your way through it?

prize of awareness is authenticity and the surprise
is that it is the same as consciousness. On

figure out how to have healthy relationships - equitable
interactions that give us self-respect and self-esteem.
